Day 5
I have a feeling that today is going to be tougher. It's been "quiet" for too long. I wake up this morning and I'm craving dopamine before I can get out of bed (instagram, social media, porn). Since I've deleted all of my social media, my productivity has sky rocketed, but so far this morning I'm feeling the craving. It's my weekend now so I need to find ways to stay out of the house.
