Just come home and started feeling the temptations, I mean the sneaky ones that tell you it’s ok to relapse. Just have to stick to the basics of leaving my phone and physically saying no I’m seeing a few changes through this process, I feel stronger, I feel better about my self and I’m learning more about my self and what’s actually possible. This is a process that is definitely difficult but we all owe it to ourselves to try and follow the steps while mapping and eliminating the triggers we face. Onwards and upwards yall, until day 4 Isaac.
