after about 2 weeks of abstaining from porn and PMO i have been having the most vivid and wild sex dreams. one of them lead to a wet dream. honestly seeing this as a benefit of abstaining because it’s better than watching porn and i don’t have to feel guilty about it because it’s natural. anyone else having these dreams?
I've been having some crazy dream never had many sex dreams but stress dreams not nightmare but could also be from stopping weed and drinking too

jeremy don’t feel guilty. your brain is naturally regulating itself as it heals from the trauma done by porn. never feel bad for something in which you cannot control, that is unnecessary guilt. be proud of yourself for abstaining from pornography.
