Emotional today

Just watched a documentary on porn and felt emotional when hearing stories of ex-addicts and how it negatively impacted their lives. I drew parallels with how porn negatively impacted me for most of my life now. I’m now understanding just how harmful it is in every aspect. The journey of addiction was just so subtle and seemed so innocent. I hope to break free on this attempt after years of struggle.
