Nighttime urges

I always start getting urges around 6 or 7 pm that last all night. Everytime I’ve had urges this bad I’ve folded but this is the longest streak I’ve ever had and the longest I’ve gone with urges and not relapsed. I am hoping that when I wake they will be gone for a little while. At least of if I make through tonight I will be able to tell myself that I can do this and I have actually gotten through the urges before.
think of the flesh (those urges) like an animal… once an animal is on the brink of life or death it will fight its hardest. Stay solid in those moments and it will pay dividends to you, and the temptations won’t hit as hard in the future. Speaking from experience from when I was pmo free for 2 years.
