Reasons
One of the reasons for relapsing is to feel a sense of belonging. You've done it so many times that it's become your routine, you feel like that's part of your life and you need it in order to feel accomplished for that day. For example, I had planned a film project. This requires both doing the actual filming but also preparation for it, the hardest part. After the preparation you wanna feel that sense of accomplishment and "reward" your self. But in true reality that's supposed to come after I film my project. Because I had kept making relapsing as a way to reward my self the stuff afterwards just got shitty and you lose motivation. What I'm trying to say is keep that mind up and focus on your end goal, and lowkey you don't need that awarding your self because there's tons of other ways to reward yourself.
