First Week✅
Well well well, I’m proud to have made it this far once again, let’s keep going fellas all we have to do is to stay focused, disciplined and try to abstain from any kind of triggers. One thing I’ve came to realize is that when the urges come and you try to entertain them you’ll definitely end up relapsing. Instead, when the urges come try to distract yourself immediately and do something (might be meditation, sports, cold showers, going for a walk, etc) that may divert you from those thoughts cause if you don’t you’ll end up falling once again and going back to where you’ve been. I would have relapsed by Day 3 but I immediately meditated and honestly speaking it really helped me to reach this far. Bless you all!
Well done Klaus. I really appreciate hearing about your experience; it sounds a lot like me. Day 3 is tough and I’m prone to relapse. Next is a week, and you’ve inspired me to keep going. I’m closing in on that goal
