At what point is it a problem?
Look, I know I have a problem. I rely on it. I’m a few days strong, I know I can get through it, but then what? Never do it again? I hear it’s unhealthy, and I hear it’s healthy. Am I supposed to just not do it at all? I feel like it’s fine, every now and then, just don’t over do it. Am I wrong?
A lot of us are here working at viewing zero porn. That’s a common goal. But it doesn’t have to be your goal, unless that’s what you decide. I think that’s the trick - deciding what you want and then working towards it. It has to be your goal to matter enough to chase it. Chasing someone else’s goal will always lead to failure - bc it’s not yours.
