At what point is it a problem?

Look, I know I have a problem. I rely on it. I’m a few days strong, I know I can get through it, but then what? Never do it again? I hear it’s unhealthy, and I hear it’s healthy. Am I supposed to just not do it at all? I feel like it’s fine, every now and then, just don’t over do it. Am I wrong?

A lot of us are here working at viewing zero porn. That’s a common goal. But it doesn’t have to be your goal, unless that’s what you decide. I think that’s the trick - deciding what you want and then working towards it. It has to be your goal to matter enough to chase it. Chasing someone else’s goal will always lead to failure - bc it’s not yours.

Dude… that really makes alot of sense to me. Like, I wanna at some point just be normal with porn, just not as addicted as I’ve been… I see it the same as you

This “You” guy has some good advice. Keeping busy is great. But I think coming back to the app at least once a day becomes a daily reminder of the importance of what you’re doing. In my humble opinion, ignoring the app (and everything on here) is a way of forgetting the problem. I think that would risk relapse MORE than avoiding the problem.

That said, Also don't be checking this app everyday, Try to not even give it a chance to pop back into your head, Try to keep busy to the point you are so tired you won't even think about porn

I know what you mean but try not to think about it, our brain uses that against us to relapse again, If anything don't worry about the longest streak just yet, Try to go longer then you did last time everytime you fail, Next time just go one more day or even 2 if you can, Just constantly try to break your record.
