I don’t even remember how long ago I relapsed. Was too embarrassed to actually press the button. This app is pretty much useless. I was going strong for 8 days then as soon as I’m by myself I relapse. I don’t think I’ll ever stop.

If you keep that mindset you will never get better. One thing my friend told me that has stuck with me is that if you just assume you will fail your body will never trust you and you will never get better. Even if you fail your body gotta own up to it and do your best next time. Use what you learned and try to improve.
