App Block has been a game changer for me. I saw it on this app and looked into it I’m so glad I did. It’s like $3 a month which is so worth it if it gets me clean from porn. You can block websites, apps, time limits on apps. You can block apps or websites when you are at home or wherever you fail the most often because you can let it track your location. So naturally I have it to where when I’m at home I can’t download apps, I can’t delete apps, I can’t access porn sites online, or keywords are blocked at certain locations or time frames, etc. But this helped a lot to, there is a strict mode where you can set a timer that you can’t change any of the settings. It locks the settings in place so you have no way of going around your restrictions. So right now I have a timer set for 10 days so I can’t change any settings until 10 days where I might adjust some things to make them stricter or whatever. Can’t recommend enough.

Another thing I’ve talked about with other people is a flip phone if need be, but good job figuring out what works best for you!! Keep going strong 💪

Any one else reading this, take it a step further and ask someone you trust to have their face id on your phone. You don’t have to tell them exactly why you’re using the app if you don’t want but I have fallen victim in the past of simply turning off its ability to function. For example, if you’re ever sitting down with someone just ask them to do the 2 minute process of face id approval and make their face id the lock in screen time settings. Plus, it adds a level of honesty since they have access to your phone.
