Stand guard

Watch your thoughts and try shifting them to more pure ones when a lust full thought comes in to your head think twice about entertaining it no matter how small. I don’t mean trying not to think about it but acknowledge and replace it with a productive thought. You probably have a passion get some mental reps, turn on a podcast or video just recognize what a thought like that could lead to and choose to do or think something else don’t fight it and don’t feed it just flee from it.
