What is everyone’s thoughts on quitting porn versus quitting porn and masturbation. I have refrained from both the past 12 days, but I am unsure wether I want to continue both or just refrain from porn

I agree because masturbating to nothing makes your brain bored and even when you do jerk off you have thoughts of hot thoughts and want to go towards it
