I’m locking in again cuz I haven’t been taking it seriously and I’ve been falling short all week.
Also does anyone have advice on how to get past 1 week? I keep on getting to a week then failing.

For me it was exercise and distraction. I got out of my house as much as possible! The more in public you are or social you are will prevent you from having immediate access to privacy where you could relapse if that makes sense. I’ve just tried to be around people as much as I can the last 2 weeks. I get dopamine from social interactions with good friends and so it has sorta replaced where I felt I needed to “feel something” with masturbating, i put my energy to other things. The gym is an amazing thing to stick to to replace
