I wanted some advice as I’m a college student and sometimes seeing girls walking around rouse my temptations like crazy I know it sounds bad but it’s true it’s so hard to control my mind anyone have advice? It’s just really hard to look away and not be tempted no matter how hard I try
it would probably help to go talk to some of them even if you aren’t necessarily trying to ask them out having a quick conversation will help you get past that part of seeing them in the way porn teaches you to but rather as people and approaching them will also help you grow your self confidence

Taylor’s advice is great! When you are involved with girls in activities/projects/causes, they are much more people than beauties. But also, in doing things with girls, relationships can develop naturally from real interactions where you can see each other as the real people you are with your guard down and without being all nervous trying to pretend to be what you think they want to see on a date. Plus it gets you away from your tech (remove temptation), out doing something social (dopamine release), probably laughing (more dopamine), helping others (more dopamine)…it’s like a massive anti-addiction activity, and you could get a great relationship, too!
