I’ve tried to give up on porn

Has anyone else feel like once they masturbate enough, that things around them are out of their reach even more? I am trying to give up porn because I want my life to be better than before, I want to see a change in my life for the first time. I know that by me doing this, my anger issues and eating habits will stop, so keep going for anyone else out there
