How do I get past 2 days?

Every time I get around 2 days or just past it, it creeps up on me. And I’m going on sites or anything it’s must masturbation. What are some ways to get passed it?

You want to identify your triggers for sure and divert your attention to a new habit or activity. I’ve had a hard time the past couple months and especially recently but after my last episode I feel better because I’m recognizing when that feeling arises and deciding to do something else like writing or reading. Emotions only last about 3 minutes if we do not give them power so next time you have that feeling recognize it and focus on your breathing once it subsides do something else, read write, sing, dance, workout. Meditation has helped me a ton, if you are a beginner and need guidance use Meditation Mountain on Spotify. They may be on other platforms as well.
