My head is so clear…..and women are cool!!

It feels so fuckin good to not lust over women anymore…..it’s like my brain works again😂. I can look at a girl and see so many other attractive qualities about her….not just her private parts. When you stop looking at women for what they possess and start looking at them for who they are as a person, you realize how cool they can be. Man I can’t believe I let porn and media poison my brain into only viewing women as objects, and it sucks to know that society is so sexualized that even some women only view themselves as such…. Idk,I’ve been doing breath work meditations as well and they have my mind so clear so I’m just typing…My spirit feels clean as well. Bro stop watching porn. It basically a weapon that hijacks, rots your brain and makes you a lust filled loser 😂. Literally sugar covered shit.
