This is the longest streak I've ever been on for the past 7 years. I feel better, focused and disciplined. But it hasn't been easy, especially days 5-6 but im going to keep pushing through. I can imagine days 8-15 will be tough but im promising myself to keep moving forward. My advice to all of you would be to keep yourself busy, remember what it feels like after a relapse (guilt, shame, regret) and more importantly be active in the gym.
