So far I’m at 78 days of abstaining from porn and masturbation. I get random erections sometimes and wake up with morning wood sometimes, but I was just curious to know when it would become more consistent.

Porn induced erectile dysfunction can be cured in about 90-120 days when you rewire your brain on this journey. You’ve become so used to masturbation and pornography that nothing stimulates you anymore. Then you need a harder grip and more intense porn to get you hard. I struggled with this and I’m slowly getting over it

Are you abstaining from porn and masturbation both? If so, your recovery should be quicker. Go full clean reboot and expect it to take 90-120 days to return to some normalcy
