Need some tips

Hello. I’m on day four today and i’m feeling good. I’ve had times when i reached almost 3-4 weeks and i know the first and second week are usually the hardest varying from person to person of course. Was hoping to hear some tips on how to handle urges when life isn’t going the way I hope as that usually is the time when i feel the weakest. Thank you in advance Sorry for the yapping lol

Tough to say because each person has different ways of dealing with it. If you’re dealing with urges during the day, hit a few workouts like pushups, sit-ups, etc to help get rid of the urges. As for urges at night, they’re typically worse and tend to cause me to relapse. I’d say to mediate before bed and leave your phone far from your bed so you can’t just roll over and grab it. The content blocker is also helpful. Another little tip that could go a long way is to go to sleep a bit earlier, because as the night goes on, we tend to feel worse urges. Hopefully these work for you. It’s going to involve sacrifice, but it will be worth it in the end. Good luck!
