I'm in a bad state with this myself but it's easiest to stop all this when you're talking with women something i might try that I think would work is just complimenting random fine women in the street you not gonna bag em but you gonna slowly build that comfort then everything will be easy and if any of em crash out over a compliment they just some vegtables
