Ik it’s good for me to stop, ik it’s beneficial, it just a habit, and habits are hard to break, but you gotta start somewhere right?

The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg is a great read. He goes in depth about what’s called the habit loop. Focus on identifying what your cues/triggers are and remove them. Analyze what the motive is for you to relapse and replace the behavior that’s satiating the motive for relapsing with something healthier and more meaningful.
