You are activating that dopamine release even with your own videos. It’s also a gate way to fall more easily to open up a browser once you build tolerance and your own personal videos don’t stimulate the same amount of dopamine. Let me rephrase… If I make my own homemade fermented wine from berries and drink it would that be considered a relapse?
