I relapsed after 45 days

I got complacent and started to listen to my desires and feelings and my brain tricked me. I hadn’t done anything for myself in the past 45 days so I said enough is enough I will play video games tonight but the video games didn’t fill the void then I ended up on a social media site and I saw a flash of nudity. Instead of turning back I looked again and again and soon after that I was binge relapsing. If you are reading this your addict brain will try to trick you instead listen to the quiet voice of God and ignore the evil one. God bless you all
