Exercise and lots of it!!

My best streaks involved a massive commitment to exercise. I ran or lifted DAILY. I've been suffering and off the wagon for a while since, but was contemplating today my best successes against the habit, and that was one of them. Pick a hard goal. Some kind of fitness target. Make the requisite plans to get there. Then, carry it out. You will either be too busy or too tired to sit around gooning. The physical demands will create demand for eating and sleeping better. A virtuous cycle. Look into 75 Hard.
Love this. I’ve set the goal to lose 50 lbs by the end of the year.
