Starting to realise how f**ked I am

Every time I see an attractive woman my mind immediately sexualised the attractiveness, it’s very uncommon for my subconscious not to attribute feminine beauty with lust. I’ve cheated in the past (still very ashamed) so it’s not like this is a new thought but just noticing it actually makes me sad. But also, I’m happy I’m taking action now.
