Someone please help im horribly addicted idk how to quit, my longest streak was 6 days and that was just pure luck cuz i didnt get the feeling for the entire week idk how

Hey John I usually only last a day or 2. On social media I’ve gone through my feed and removed all women that I’m not friends with and of girls that just randomly pop up. Also found cold showers whenever I get an urge clears my mind quickly hope this is a stepping stone
