31 Days clean

It’s officially been 31 days of no porn. I relapsed once but after that it’s been a nonstop journey. I can slowly feel the changes and this addiction of mine is not holding me back as much as it used to. I can now see that I’m able to achieve much more without these chains of lust. I still struggle some days but I have been able to run away or put my energy in other activities that make me feel whole. Coming forward to my girlfriend sure was hard but I think it was needed in order to keep myself accountable and break from this problem, she was obviously upset specially because she did not want me watching that content, but I broke that trust long ago and coming forward with it pushed me to become a better man for her and myself. Stay strong fellas, don’t let the mundane world hold us back, we have so much more to do and achieve in this world💛
