Brother keep in mind that this isn’t YOU. Gods design of YOU isn’t someone who’s addicted to pornography. This is your sin nature and it’s taking control. The more you fight it the more you’ll fail. And you know that as well as I do because you fought it so many times before just to succumb to the pressure. The only thing there is to do is give up. Not give in, but give it to God and allow him to control your life
Hey brother, watch the documentary on the OF model that slept with 100 guys in one day. It’s a hard watch but you’ll be repulsed by porn and the industry after you see the damage it caused her at the end of it. Every time I see a tempting image, I think of her in tears and the urge automatically goes away. Nothing worked for me either until I watched that documentary. I’m praying for you🙏🏽

Just piggyback off of what brother Travis said, when I give up to God, I choose to realize the good work of Christ has already been done just like the good work of Creation was done. We have all we need in Christ now. We MUST believe that He who started a good work in us, will continue that good work in us even until the day of our Lord. I heard this once and it sounds crazy but you almost have to be okay with the fact that you’re going to fall again because Christ will find a way to make Himself known to His sheep. I too felt like I’d never be able to get rid of this curse, but about 11 days ago, I was finally hit with this motivation that was unlike the other times. I started finding it easier to invest in myself and my well-being. When the Lord’s Prayer says “Our Father”, it speaks of a Father who does not have favorites and picks and chooses who will be free. He has will continue to free us all because He is “OUR Father”.
