Paul says in Roman’s “For I do not understand what I am doing,  because I do not practice what I want to do,  but I do what I hate.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭7‬:‭15‬ ‭CSB‬‬ I feel this and have struggled and fought against it too and will until the day the Lord takes me home! Have faith, prayer and fast that our God will continue working in you, do the will of our Father. Don’t stop praying. Keep God first in everything. He will provide a way out! Pray for strength to do what is right when nobody’s watching because he is. He is always watching 🙏🏽

This journey isn’t semen retention, it’s giving up unhealthy porn addictions. For most, that includes giving up masturbation as well. For some it may include giving up sex for some time, especially those not in a relationship. But if you are in a relationship, a genuine connection replacing your porn habits may even help you. I say this with caution as not to replace your porn addiction with a sex addiction, but if it’s a genuine relationship you’re fine. So enjoy the sex, have fun, stay safe. And avoid that porn and masturbation. You don’t need it, you have a wonderful woman

Just keep trying we all have failed more times than we can count.
