You should look into scanning. It’s something we all do as porn addicts. It gives you a dopamine hit to stare at women in public and It hurts you in your recovery. It’s very difficult but you have to make an effort to not scan or fantasize in public

Guard your eyes. Pray. Don’t look. Yes people will cross your field of view, have some self control and look away. Don’t stare, don’t leer, it is creepy.

Same thing happens to me with girls in public, they don’t even have to be attractive either. Just anything “scandalous”. Only thing I know to do is force myself to try and think about a task I need to do or something similar
