I ended up messing up but did not look at porn, so I’ll count this as a win. I got in cycles of watching a show at night and often end up masturbating after. Any advice?

Masturbation is not the enemy. Porn is evil and unnatural start by quitting that first. Then if you want to try quit masterbation after that

Was porn free myself for like 3 years but kept masturbating in the same way. It’s still a prison. I’m now here to quit masturbating for good and recommend others to do that as well
