I need serious help

I'm here because I default to masturbating when I'm bored. I always tell myself I'll just watch but always end up masturbating. Even when I'm in relationships with lots of sex I'll still masturbate. I want to stop completely but I just can't seem to. Really hoping this app helps. I don't want to do it anymore.
