DO NOT GIVE UP

If you feel tempted to masturbate or watch porn, please take this app and the effects of porn seriously. If you don’t completely avoid masturbation, then you will start making excuses to do it more and more (I have done this personally). I know I’m only on my first couple of days but someone please read this and think about it. I’ve been struggling with porn addiction for several years as many other people using this app have. My goal is to completely avoid masturbation and watching porn, and I know that’s a goal for many other people as well. Whether you’re religious or not, God is always there for you. Seeking a relationship with Him will make your life better. I don’t need to go on a whole rant on my relationship with God, even though I’m willing to. In short, he’s done miracles in my life and I don’t think I would be as happy and grateful if I hadn’t put my faith in Him. Please do not give up; do this for God, your personal physical/mental health, and your loved ones; refraining from these things matures us and lets us grow patient.
