Constant Relapse

I’ve never made it more than two weeks without relapsing in 13 years. And I’ve only made it more than 3 days twice. I’ve daily watched porn since I was 8. A couple years ago I made it 10 days. Earlier this year I made it 2 weeks. After downloading this app I still relapse, I’m heartbroken, discouraged and thinking I’m stuck in this addiction.
