I relapsed again after a two week streak. Sometimes it feels like I won’t overcome this stronghold / addiction. I’m keeping the faith nonetheless, just gonna take it one day at a time 😶

I’ve had struggles and felt like I could never get away from porn - I’m seriously not perfect but what has really helped me is reaching out to all the resources I have available. Try journaling or therapy, doing real work makes a difference for making a real change
