I guess it depends what you feel is affecting you most. Porn has a lot of scientific research behind why its bad for the brain, mainly the way it fries dopamine receptors. Its a supernatural stimulus meaning you dont find that kind of hit anywhere else except maybe hardcore drugs. Its that strong. But easy to overlook since its so accessible and promoted. I think if you overcome the want/need for porn then the same will follow for masturbation

This app is to quit porn, some people loop in no nut, but its optional. I've nut 2 times in the 27 day streak I'm on and it was literally just to let steam off and get back to what I needed to do. Wasn't an edge fest or to anyone other than my wife. All within the boundaries IMO
