Day 3 ✅

Still going strong have had some urges but I’ve been able to control myself. To people that have been struggling keep going it’s a mental game just have faith in god and distract your mind don’t try to be alone for long periods of time that’s when the urges come and it’s hard to control yourself but you got this and stay strong
