Just tracking progress. I’m feeling good. Keeping a more positive mindset and having more focus on working towards being healthy, as opposed to being focused on this, has helped a lot. I got an app which just completely blocks instagram for as long as I want. In the morning I block it for the whole day and can’t use it even if I wanted, makes a huge difference for this and just productivity in general💪
