Currently at the 14 hr mark and I didn’t realize how difficult this would be. Just scrolling social media is difficult. Thirst traps are making this much more difficult on me than I originally thought. Every time I am about to crack I will just write something in here and hopefully it will keep me on track.
You should delete social media or unfollow things that trigger you and replace them with things that motivate you
