Unrelated but related in a way

I finally hit 225 on bench today. I think that staying away from porn this long has definitely changed my mindset in the gym and added on so much strength. To anyone struggling, just know there is light and the end of the tunnel. That light is God. Keep going and when u get knocked down, just keep getting up
