Yo I just realised something. It’s now Sunday and I’m going towards the end of the second week of no fap. Last week when I was on day 6-7 I went to my parents’ house and I just started to smile very much. I didn’t know why and it was uncontrollable but I just couldn’t stop for some reason. I just felt like smiling the entire time I was looking at them, now I realise it was because I was porn-free. Really, when looking back at the entire situation and with my good and bad experiences I can now say that stopping looking at porn and stop masturbating actually makes you happy, even when you don’t feel like it does.
Yeah, totally my man. From couple of days, I’m also feeling this happiness. Don’t know is it because of this Nofap or the Lifestyle change that I’ve made. I guess both of them are contributing.
