Today was something

Day 9 had a panic attack in front all my work mates and my boss and said I’d kill her. Came and apologized and had a whole 1 hour conversation with her about things that have been on my mind and cleared a little of my head. Just wanted to come here and say to you Have a nice day y’all stay strong.
