Chronic Boredom

I find when I don’t occupy myself i get into these slumps where i feel like no one in the world cares about me and i know that it’s not true. Before i quit porn it was during these times i would find myself masterbating to get that kick of dopamine. I had another one of those episodes last night but i atleast didn’t have the urge to masterbate.
