Locked in

My first night has been eventful but really good in a way I spoke to my girlfriend about my urges and issues she was more then happy to help me overcome them at first I felt ashamed to admit I had a problem but it wasn’t as bad as I thought I’m really committed to changing my life for the better even looking into working out more focusing on my art work and locking in during a intense game it may be day one and I know it’ll get harder but I’m really for the challenge.
