Made it 2-days without giving in. Also, this is typically when the urges get stronger. I am determined to not give in and quit! Keep all the encouragement coming. Thank you!

I swear, by day 4 it is unbearable. I’ve failed twice at 4-5 day mark. But after that I think it gets better. Stay strong
