I feel amazing, I feel I can fall asleep faster and somehow, I feel I can have better interactions with people, I do need to work out more.. I don’t miss it at all, I’ve been tempted once but I just took a deep breath and went for a walk.. I know I’ll get tempted again for sure
I’m further than I’ve been in years and I’ve noticed benefits such as a clearer mind better social skills etc but I’ve noticed it’s been harder to fall asleep in my case. I’m assuming it’s bc I’m used to doing it almost every night and I’m missing that dopamine/energy release I’m used to. I assume I’ll get used to it though
