I’m almost a day into this and I AM STRUGGLING lol any advice on how you guys fought the urge?

when i had an urge, I immediately came here and someone suggested for me to do 20 push ups. Im already someone who's not very active in exercising so that was really tough for me and immediately removed the urges. But if 20 is easy for you, you can just increase it to like 40 or something idk. And after that, find something to do, maybe like the laundry you haven't clear out, the work that you've been putting off or maybe a hobby you've been wanting to get back on it again. Urges usually come when you're idling so converting that time and energy into something productive is always helpful.

Stay busy and out of the house man. It’s a game changer when your brain doesn’t even have time to think about it let alone act upon the urges. Keep going brother, you got it!

Hey bro, I feel you. Biggest thing for me is being mindful of my triggers and not even putting myself in those situations. For instance: doomless scrolling on any social media platform or not fully planning my day (which leaves moments open for the urge to be harder to fight) You got this bro, I just joined the app yesterday let’s keep it up!💯
