Day 6- broke up with girl recently

Been going through a lot lately, mother passed about 3 months ago, and broke up with my girl of 3 years shortly after because I didn’t like where I was in life. A lot has changed in the past 3 months and it’s kinda overwhelming. Been dealing with this addiction since 9 basically and it’s been hard honestly. Lots of ups and downs but with this app I think I’ll finally be able to break the curse. The way I see it is that only way my life will change is if I change my habits. So I stopped smoking about a month ago and recently started this journey. But this time will be different I know it and I will break this curse and come out way better than before
