Battle Buddies: Day 20

Here we are on 20 days. Has it been hard? “Yes.” Are the temptations going away? “No.” Have I gotten worse or better at dealing with the temptations? “Absolutely” Am I closest to God because of this journey? “I would say so. Yes.” There are many battles still ahead of me during this journey to 90 days. But I grow in confidence for each day that goes by. I'm looking at women in a “normal” way now instead of a lustful way. Still, suck at the part about how I would approach a woman 😆. But at least I'm thinking about possible love interests and not lust interests. I have a Christian dating app on my phone for when I get to that day 90 mark. Not there yet, but with God's help, I have faith I will get there. Brothers in Christ Cameron, Robert, Jan: I am proud that the Battle Buddies continues to grow. If this keeps up, I may have to start writing down a list of names. 😁 In the end, we are not alone in this journey. Each of us is here to keep each other up and strengthen one another to beat this addiction of ours, and if one of us stumbles along the way, we all will help you back up and continue this journey. I see you all crossing that milestone of day 90 someday, and I am proud that I can be part of that journey with you. Never stop believing in yourselves because I won't stop believing in you. For everyone else in this community, I believe in you as well. We may have formed this little group, but everyone on this app has done more than most to solve this problem of lust by downloading this app. It may take a while, but I believe everyone on this app will succeed. Never give up. Thank you, Lord, for allowing me to meet these fantastic people.
